Shipping & Returns

Once you place your order we need time to lovingly create your handmade cosmetics and cure them to perfection. Check our home page for the latest lead times. If you need your order faster, please contact us before you place your order and we'll do the best we can to help. Please note that we will process your order upon receipt of cleared payment. During peak trading times (September-December) you must allow longer and check our main page for current estimated despatch times.

UK- Orders over £500 will qualify for FREE shipping. Orders under this can have shipping calculated y activating the Shipping Calculator function on the Shopping Cart. EU/Rest Of World- Your shipping price is wholly dependant on weight. We use APC as standard for the UK. We will require a valid phone number to supply to the courier, a mobile is best. Please note that your delivery may arrive in multiple boxes, this is wholly dependant on the weight and dimensions of your order to ensure its safe arrival, our system will calculate this and adjust the shipping cost accordingly.

Please note that once a shipment has left us it is your responsibility to track your order if we have provided information. If your order does not arrive after despatch within 2 working days you must contact us via email to For your own security and peace of mind, we cannot instruct any of our couriers to leave parcels in a safe place or with a neighbour. All deliveries will require a signature, orders will not be left in safe places or with neighbours- this is mandatory. We cannot be held responsible for missed deliveries. Please note that in this instance the courier may apply a surcharge after 2 failed attempts. If you do not inform us of a lost parcel within 2 days of expected delivery- as per Courier terms- we cannot be held responsible for any subsequent loss.

Returns and Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order before it is shipped please let us know via email as soon as possible. Your refund will be processed within 5 working days of receiving your cancellation notice minus 10% or Low Order Fee if applicable, this will be held as a restock fee.

If you believe your item to be faulty, please contact us in the first instance to let us know so that we can start the investigation process. As a general rule handmade cosmetic products are non-refundable on hygiene grounds.

In the rare event that your order is incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receipt with the description and quantity of items so that we can rectify the situation swiftly. It is also your responsibility to note with the delivery driver if you notice damage to the box(es).
